Photos; Meet The 93 Year Old Man Who Still Goes To The Gym To Keep Fit

Despite his age, 93-year-old Shen Hua, who hails from south China’s Guangzhou city, can do what most young guys can't do....According to reports, he started to workout 20 years ago, his fitness regimen involves one hour of intense exercise daily, with the results of the effort all but apparent.

Even at his age, Shen can manage to do 10 chin-ups at one time, although that’s lesser than what he could manage a while ago. “I could make it 20 times last year,” he said, adding that he didn’t mind the decrease since, “working out is for fitness rather than competing with others.”
So instead of taking up Tai Chi or square dance – two favorites among the elderly in China - Shen chose to go to the gym. He says that he made the choice because he “wanted excitement.”
