Photos; Kano Residents Agog With Joy As Emir Lamido Sanusii II Rides On She-Camel

Residents of Kano went wild with jubilation on Saturday as the Emir, Muhammadu Sanusi II, rode on a she-camel as against the usual horse, during a durbar, organised to mark the Eid-El-Kabir in arrears. The event, which took place in the evening, became talk-of-the town as youth and women in purdah, all rushed out to watch the royal father atop a camel.
