Abia: INEC Issues Certificate Of Return To Uche Ogah, Chief Judge Disappears

Independent Electoral Commission in Abia state has issued Uche Ogah, certificate of return as as the new Governor of Abia state.

According to SaharaReporters, the state Chief judge has gone into hiding, refusing to swear-in the new governor.
