Nigerians Comes For Buhari’s Customs Boss For Flying Private Jet (Photos)

Colonel Hameed Ali (Rtd), the Comptroller-General of Customs, was spotted flying a private jet to Lagos state.Ali was seen as he started a 5-day familiarization visit to Customs formations and stakeholders in Lagos.

Nigerians on Facebook wondered why customs boss can’t use normal flights.Adedara Emmanuel: “Customs boss using private jet and you complain of NNPC?”

Baba Gana Dibal: “The jet is owned by the Nigeria Customs Service and was bought under GEJ/Okonjo-Iweala/Dikko watch. Many Nigerians cried foul at the N1.5 billion price but were ignored. Let’s watch and see what the PMB administration will do with the excess government jets in the coming months.”
